Arrival & Sigiriya Jungle Welcome

Touch down in Sri Lanka and transfer north to a boutique nature resort nestled in the jungle landscape surrounding Sigiriya, where the sounds of birdsong and the canopy’s green embrace provide an immediate and powerful introduction to the island’s natural world. An optional evening nature walk through the surrounding village adds a gentle first taste of Sri Lanka’s biodiversity.

Sigiriya Rock & Kandy

Climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress at sunrise for sweeping views over the forested plains below, then enjoy an authentic village tour through the rural landscape before an afternoon transfer to Kandy. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and savour the panoramic views from the Kandy View Point, where the city, lake and surrounding hills create a panorama of rare beauty.

Southbound to Yala

A scenic drive through Sri Lanka’s countryside takes you south toward the wilderness, with a stop at the spectacular Ravana Falls before arriving at your luxury safari lodge on the edge of Yala National Park. An optional birdwatching walk with a resident naturalist and a private candlelit dinner under the stars make for an unforgettable first evening in the wild.

Yala Safari & Bentota

An expert-guided open jeep safari through Yala’s wildlife-rich plains offers the chance to encounter leopards, elephants, sloth bears and crocodiles in one of the world’s most celebrated game reserves. After the safari, transfer west to Bentota’s golden beach for a luxury resort check-in, spa session and a well-earned afternoon of relaxation.

Madu River & Bentota Coast

Glide through the serene mangrove channels of the Madu River by traditional boat, stopping to visit small river islands, witness cinnamon cultivation and spot water monitors, kingfishers and monkeys along the lush riverbanks.
